Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or special orders may take longer.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If a package is lost or damaged, we will remake and reship it at no cost.

Refund Policy

90-Day Returns: You can request a return within 90 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions: Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
